On Jan. 28, 2009 Christopher participated in his 3rd grade play. The title of the play was Character Matters. He was one of the three little pigs. He danced, sang and acted. The play taught a lesson about your character: "Your character matters, it is one thing that you can't lose." It taught you how to act in certain situations through the stories of Fairy Tale Characters - How to be IN THE ZONE! It was fun to watch our "tough acting boy" act, sing and dance in a play. Hope you enjoy the pictures. Remember your character does matter!
What you can't see in the pictures is the excitement the weeks before the play. Christopher and his class practiced everyday. He was so excited about performing. The night before he COULD NOT go to sleep. We usually have trouble getting Christopher up on a normal school day but not the morning of the play. He was up and ready to go! It was a blessing just to watch the excitement the play brought to Christopher's life!
